Mechado

Tender and delectable chicken or beef simmered in a fragrant, tomato-based broth with peppers, garlic, onions, peas, carrots and potatoes.  

Thai Green Curry

Coconut curry broth with zucchini, carrots and bamboo shoots.  Choice of chicken or shrimp.

Rama

Red curry lemongrass and ginger broth with blanched spinach, mushrooms, peanuts and choice of chicken or shrimp.  Can be made as hot as you like!  

Beef Bone Broth Soup

My take on Mom's Nilagang Carne, tender beef and bok choy simmered in tomato jalapeno infused bone broth.  

Wonton Soup

Ground pork or ground chicken dumplings surrounded by ginger and green onion infused chicken broth.

All entrees served with steamed rice

Beef and Broccoli

Tender beef and steamed broccoli in a brown oyster sauce

Cashew Chicken

Tender chicken breast, celery and cashews in a light sauce

Kare Kare

Affectionately known as pork and peanut butter!  Tender pork simmered in peanut broth with garlic, paprika and green beans.

Pancit

Rice vermicelli loaded with cabbage, carrots, celery, pea pods, jalapenos, Chinese sausage, chicken and bacon.  Garnished with hard boiled egg.

Freshly dispatched Dungeness crab steamed in a ginger garlic coconut broth, with green onions and blanched spinach
