Nobody goes home hungry after an Italian feast!

Bruschetta

Italian bread slices brushed with olive oil and garlic, toasted then topped with fresh mozzarella, Roma tomato and fresh basil, drizzled with a beautiful balsamic

Antipasto

Bite sized portions of Italian meats and cheeses, with olives, pickled artichokes and roasted veggies

Stuffed Mushrooms

Button mushrooms stuffed with sauteed onions, garlic, spinach, Italian herbed breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese


Dinners and Entrees

All items are customized exactly to your preferences

Lasagna

Alternating layers of pasta, ricotta and spinach, Italian sausage and/or ground beef, Mozzarella and red sauce 

Shrimp Scampi

Peeled and deveined tail-off shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic., with a splash of lemon, seasoned with dill.  Served over rice or pasta

Sausage and Peppers

Stick-to-your-ribs Italian sausage sauteed with onions, garlic, and bell peppers in a tomato-based sauce.  This is delicious with pasta, rice, or just a nice loaf of Italian bread to scoop up every drop of the savory sauce.

Pasta Primavera

Fresh seasonal veggies such as zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, sweet peppers, onions and garlic sauteed in garlic and olive oil tossed with pasta and sprinkled with Parmesan.  Make it extra indulgent with a splash of heavy cream, if you like!

Gnocchi

Delightfully chewy potato-based pasta nubs topped with sauteed chicken, bacon and kale in a garlic cream sauce sprinkled with Parmesan

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Italian seasoned meatballs made with pork and beef drenched in a red sauce so thick the spoon stands up, all served on top of spaghetti, with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan. 

Green Spaghetti

Tender broccoli bits woven into angel hair pasta with olive oil and garlic.  Strangely satisfying and especially tasty paired with grilled chicken or steak

Chicken Parmesan

Tender, juicy chicken breast cutlet lightly breaded and fried to golden brown, topped with marinara and mozzarella, served on a bed of spaghetti.

Fettucine Alfredo

Fettucine bathing in a rich and creamy garlic sauce. 

Optional add ins:  Grilled chicken breast or sauteed shrimp

Pan Seared Scallops and Pasta

Choose pan seared scallops with creamy bacon Parmesan garlic sauce or lemon caper butter, served over linguine. 


Salads

One bowl, one delicious meal

Caesar

Simply satisfying romaine lettuce with croutons and shredded Parmesan served with Caesar. 

Pasta Salad

A bowl of freshly cooked pasta or tortellini (your choice) laden with mozzarella cubes, pepperoni chunks, tender broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, artichoke hearts drizzled with an Italian dressing that puts the zest in zesty!
