Appetizers

Hummus

Garbanzos, olive oil, tahini and garlic, from scratch. Served with fresh cut veggies or pita wedges.

Tabbouleh

Refreshing bulgur salad with Parsley, mint, red onion, tomatoes, fresh lime juice and olive oil.

Quinoa Tabbouleh

Similar to regular tabbouleh, using quinoa in place of bulgur.

Baba Ghanoush

Roasted eggplant dip with garlic, tahini, lemon, red pepper flakes and olive oil.  Served with pita wedges.


Mains

Keeping the main thing the main thing

Shawarma

Oven roasted, tender marinated chicken breast, served with toum, onions, cucumber and tomato.

Shakshuka

Eggs poached in a zesty tomato, onion and bell pepper sauce.  Scoop up all the flavor with some crusty bread or pita!

Greek Meatballs

Lean ground chicken, breadcrumbs and egg combined with Greek spices.  Served with cucumber, feta, tzatziki sauce and pita. 

Falafel

Delightfully crisp!  Meatless savory spiced chickpea balls, golden fried.  Served with cucumber, tomato, onion, feta, tzatziki sauce and pita.

Souvlaki

Marinated beef, chicken or lamb on a skewer.  Served in a pita with cucumber, onion, tzatziki sauce and sliced tomato.

Palak Paneer

Liz's favorite go-to meal!  Cubed Indian cheese simmered in gently smoldering, hearty creamed spinach.  Served over basmati rice with dark red kidney beans.  You'll want to scoop up every last bite with naan!


Sides

Rock that side hustle!

Tumeric Rice

Such a gorgeous shade of yellow!  Beautiful basmati rice steamed in a tumeric infused chicken broth.

Roasted Veggies

Seasonal veggies like zucchini, carrots, sweet bell peppers, red onion, yellow squash, butternut squash, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, savory spices.  Served with sliced lemon.  

Greek salad

Red onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, green bell pepper and olives tossed with olive oil and red wine vinegar and feta.

Lemon Orzo Salad

Orzo pasta with cherry tomatoes, green onions, green bell pepper, fresh parsley, dill, olives, capers, feta, lemon, garlic, olive oil and oregano.
